Position: Assistant Manager
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting the General Manager with daily operations
- Leading, training, and motivating crew members
- Ensuring fast, friendly, and accurate service
- Managing shifts, schedules, and inventory
- Maintaining Sonic standards for food safety, cleanliness, and quality
- Opening and closing the store as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous leadership or restaurant experience preferred
- Strong communication and team-building skills
- Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
- Positive attitude and hands-on leadership style
