CNC Mill Set-Up Machinist: Precision Manufacturing

Location: Tucson, AZ

Employment Type: Full-Time (Various Shifts Available)

Are you an experienced Machinist who takes pride in producing high-quality components? We have an immediate opening for a CNC Mill Set-Up Machinist to join our Tucson team. The Role: Excellence in Production

As a Set-Up Machinist, you will be responsible for the initial configuration and quality control of our milling operations, ensuring every part meets our rigorous standards.

• Precision Machining: Produce and inspect quality parts according to specific drawings and work instructions.
• Quality Assurance: Use and understand various measuring and inspection tools to verify part accuracy.
• Operational Safety: Maintain a clean, organized work area and strictly adhere to all equipment safety standards.
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively as part of a team to meet production targets and customer expectations.

What You Bring to the Team

• Experience: Proven experience in CNC Mill set-up. Horizontal experience is a significant plus.
• Technical Literacy: Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions.
• Communication: Must be able to read and write in English.
• Physical Capability: Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing active tasks, including standing, reaching, pushing, and pulling throughout the shift.
• Requirements: * High School Diploma or GED.
