Position Overview\n
We are seeking skilled CNC Machinists (Mill or Lathe) to join our manufacturing team. This role involves setting up and operating single- and/or multi-spindle machines while maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and safety. Ideal candidates have hands-on CNC experience, a strong understanding of machining processes, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities\n
\n - Set up and operate single and/or multiple spindle CNC machines
\n - Monitor and control machining processes using process control tools to ensure quality standards are met
\n - Read and interpret part prints and job orders, including dimensions, tolerances, inspection requirements, tooling instructions, cutting speeds, feeds, and depth of cut
\n - Use machine controls to cycle machines through production operations, setup, tool changes, and adjustments
\n - Review machine operating criteria such as cycle time and spindle RPM
\n - Install collets, bushings, stock pushers, and load bar stock into feeding mechanisms
\n - Install and adjust cams, gears, and stops to control stock and tool movement at each station
\n - Change, position, and secure tools using tool monitoring systems and presetting equipment
\n - Perform first-piece inspections per the operation control plan using approved measuring devices
\n - Monitor part dimensions through in-process inspection and SPC tools
\n - Maintain lubricants, coolants, and perform daily operator maintenance
\n - Perform data collection and communication in Epicor (MRP) and other systems
\n - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
\n - Participate in continuous improvement activities such as brainstorming, C&E, and tool tryout sheets
\n - Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements\n
\n - CNC Mill or Lathe experience required
\n - Set-up experience preferred
\n - Ability to stand and work on your feet for 10–12 hours per shift
\n - Ability to use hands for handling tools, controls, and machine components
\n - Ability to walk, sit, stoop, kneel, or crouch around machinery as needed
\n - Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds on a frequent basis
\n
