Position Summary We are seeking a mission-driven Community Liaison who is passionate about connecting families with the care they need. This role represents BrightStar Care throughout the community and helps build trusted relationships with referral partners, families, and local organizations. Experience or education in marketing, outreach, or communications is strongly valued. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, senior facilities, social workers, and community partners
• Represent BrightStar Care at outreach events, networking meetings, and community activities
• Share BrightStar’s mission and services with families and organizations
• Support marketing outreach efforts, including social and community engagement
• Collaborate with office and clinical teams to support smooth referral and intake processes
• Track outreach, referral activity, and engagement efforts

Qualifications

• Experience or education in marketing, sales, outreach, or community engagement
• Personal or professional experience with home care or caregiving is a plus
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Compassionate, professional, and mission-driven
• Organized and comfortable working independently in the community
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Compensation & Benefits

• $48,000–$52,000 annual base salary, based on experience
• Quarterly L10 performance bonus opportunity of up to 15% of annual salary
