The Role

Were hiring a Creative Project Manager to lead the day-to-day execution of client work. Youll manage tasks, timelines, budgets, and internal coordinationwhile also serving as the primary point of contact for your assigned clients.

This is a hybrid role : team members are in-office Tuesdays and Thursdays , with flexibility to work remotely the rest of the week. Youll collaborate across our design, development, content, and media teams, coordinating all project meetings and involving key teammates when their phase of the project is active.

This is not a sales role, but youll frequently field client requests for new work and coordinate with internal leads for scoping and estimates.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day execution of web, content, and media projects
• Build and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and task assignments
• Lead internal check-ins and manage deadlines across departments
• Serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned clients
• Document and track scope changes, risks, and client requests
• Communicate with clients via Teamwork, email, and scheduled meetings
• Collaborate with developers, designers, strategists, and freelancers
• Ensure stakeholder feedback is captured and incorporated
• Maintain accurate task status in Teamwork for all assigned projects

What You Bring

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Clear, professional communication (written and verbal)
• Confidence managing client relationships and expectations
• Familiarity with project management tools (we use Teamwork.com)
• Comfort working across disciplinesweb, content, and media
• An ability to keep projects moving forward, even when plans shift
• Proactive mindset: you follow up, close loops, and ask questions
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and cloud-based collaboration tools

Nice-to-Haves

• Exposure to agency environments or cross-functional teams
• Experience managing both creative and technical project tasks
• Ability to work with external freelancers or vendors as needed
