Position Qualifications and Responsibilities:

• Doctorate of Chiropractic and successful completion of all National Board Examinations
• A passion to build a patient-centered relationship
• Confidence to work with patients of all ages
• Comprehensive health history taking, complete review of systems for each patient and satisfactory assessments to ensure maximal medical improvement and achievement of patient goals
• Case management skills for appropriate patient referring and patient education
• Ability to work with other doctors and providers, both in-house and out, to guarantee advanced case management for each patient
• Round table discussions with other providers of the clinic to review patient cases
• Ability to make appropriate and adequate progress in areas of patient flow, clinic systems & procedures, and timely note completion & correction
• Willingness to include additional services to treatment plan, dependent on patient needs
• Creation of one Video and Blog post per month
• Inclination to grow with the company

Preferred Additional Qualifications:

• Biomechanical education, exercise knowledge and understanding appropriate rehabilitative protocols
• Nutritional counseling and supplement knowledge
• Acupuncture and/or CranioSacral Certification
• Exposure and/or experience with Applied Kinesiology
