Job Overview

The Family Nurse Practitioner will deliver high-quality, evidence-based primary and family care to patients in a retail clinic setting. Working collaboratively with a dedicated clinical care team, the Nurse Practitioner will manage a panel of patients while promoting preventive care, chronic condition management, and overall patient well-being.

Key Job Duties

• Provide primary and family evidence-based care, including accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health conditions, health counseling, and disposition planning
• Conduct routine examinations and manage patient appointments to ensure positive health outcomes
• Perform diagnostic tests to support diagnosis and treatment of injuries and illnesses
• Educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices, preventive care, and chronic disease management
• Encourage patient engagement through health screenings, behavioral health, and wellness services
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care

Education & Licensure

• Master’s Degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program
• Current National Board Certification (AANP or ANCC)
• Active State of Employment APRN license
• DEA registration required
• Current BLS certification
