Aesthetic Finishers Inc. is an 80,000 square foot family-owned sheet metal and powder coating job shop located in Piqua, Ohio. AFI uses the latest technology to produce products for customers such as Caterpillar, Harley Davidson, John Deere, Navistar, and Whirlpool. Our services include laser cutting, metal forming, spot welding, MIG welding, media blasting, powder coating, pad printing, and screen printing. We pride ourselves on our ability to handle various substrates and meet high standards of quality and durability.
This is a full-time on-site role for a Line Supervisor located in Piqua, OH. The Line Supervisor will oversee daily operations, ensure quality control and assurance, manage and train team members, and maintain effective communication across departments. Responsibilities include supervising production processes, implementing safety protocols, and conducting quality inspections. The Line Supervisor will also collaborate with other teams to enhance productivity and efficiency.
