Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Installer/Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, programming, maintaining, and troubleshooting various technical systems and equipment at client sites. Your expertise will ensure that installations are completed efficiently, accurately, and safely, providing exceptional service to our customers. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop technical skills while contributing to the seamless operation of vital systems in diverse environments.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and test low voltage structural cabling
• Programming, installing and troubleshooting Control4 Audio/Video systems
• Setup Program and troubleshoot IP video surveillance systems and NVR Recorders
• Creating Networks & WIFI networks for various devices to connect
• Strong Computer skills
• Documenting client configuration
• Training clients on system operation and maintenance

Skills

• Low voltage structural cabling installation and termination experience required
• Strong understanding of networking, VLAN, Port Forwarding and Unifi Wireless Systems
• Excellent problem-solving skills to identify issues quickly and implement effective solutions
• Good physical stamina for lifting equipment, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces
• Clear communication skills for effective communication with clients
• Prior experience in installation or technical troubleshooting is preferred
