Occupational Therapist

As an occupational therapist, you will work with individuals of all ages who have physical, mental, or emotional challenges that impact their ability to perform daily tasks and activities. You will be responsible for evaluating and developing treatment plans that help individuals improve their overall functioning and independence.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology.
• Knowledge of therapeutic techniques and interventions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to move independently or with reasonable accommodation within the facility and community.
• Applicant must be physically and mentally able to perform all requirements of the job.
• All positions require the completion of a background check. Acknowledging or having criminal convictions does not constitute an automatic bar to employment.

Experience:

• 3-5 years experience
• Master's degree
• Master's degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
• State licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
