Physical Therapist – Cash-Based Clinic | No Insurance, No Stress, Real Impact | 4-Day Workweek + 3-Day Weekends

Location: Sarasota, FL

Type: Full-time or Part-time

Compensation: $35–$45/hour + PTO, 6 paid holidays, health insurance, and company-matched retirement program (IRA)

We’re a  cash-based, holistic physical therapy practice that helps people who’ve tried everything else finally get lasting results through a  hands-on, root-cause approach based purely on  Anatomy and Kinesiology .

You’ll see a  maximum of 6–7 patients a day , complete notes in about  two minutes , and work  four 10-hour days — giving you  three-day weekends every week . Holidays are always closed, so you can enjoy them with your family.

You’ll also learn the ins and outs of running a successful  cash-based physical therapy practice — clinical mastery, operations, communication, and everything in between.
