We are seeking a driven Sales & Account Manager to build long-term client relationships, drive revenue growth, and deliver tailored packaging solutions that exceed expectations.

Prior Sales and Account Management Experience is Essential.

Role Overview

The Sales & Account Manager will be responsible for managing existing client accounts while identifying new business opportunities. This role requires a strong self driven consultative sales approach, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of custom packaging materials, production processes, and industry trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Account Management
• • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their unique packaging needs and business goals.
  • Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, from concept to production and delivery.
• Sales & Business Development
• • Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within target industries.
  • Prepare and deliver customized presentations, proposals, and quotations.
• Collaboration & Execution
• • Partner with design, production, and supply chain teams to ensure feasibility, quality, and timely delivery of solutions.
  • Stay current with packaging trends, materials, and sustainability practices to provide consultative insights to clients.
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry developments to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience

• 4–5 years of sales and/or account management experience, ideally within custom packaging, printing, or related manufacturing industries .
• Travel Required- 25%
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing client accounts.
• Strong knowledge of packaging materials, printing methods, and production processes preferred.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

What We Offer

• Competitive base salary plus performance-based incentives. This is a commission heavy based role. Accounts will grow with you and with exceptional performance, you can expect to make $75k + in year 1 and potential for $100k + by year 2 depending on sales performance.
