Seeking an entry-level Salesforce Developer to support Marketing & Sales applications within an AMS (Application Management Services) environment. The role involves Salesforce development, integrations, and functional support activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components .
- Support integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
- Provide functional AMS support: incident resolution, issue troubleshooting, and user assistance.
- Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
- Maintain technical documentation and participate in continuous improvement efforts.
- Coordinate with cross-functional and offshore teams for escalated support.

- .NET Entry Level (0 2 years)
- Microsoft SQL Intermediate (3 5 years)
