We are looking for a motivated and skilled RPA Developer with a passion for automation. This position is hybrid, allowing you to work from locations such as Houston, TX, Atlanta, GA, Jersey City, NJ, Bay Area, CA, or Tampa, FL. This is a full-time position for 12+ months.

To qualify for this senior-level position, we require 8+ years of experience as a Robotic Process Automation Developer, hands-on experience with UiPath, proficiency in scripting languages (Python, SQL, etc.), experience with workflow orchestration, debugging, and error handling in automation solutions, the ability to analyze complex processes and identify automation opportunities, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to document technical processes effectively. Agile or Scrum project experience is a plus, as is the ability to work independently. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. Experience with workflow automation, API integration, and scripting, as well as understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies, is also necessary.
