Overview

Northwest Permanente (NWP) is the largest multispecialty medical group in Oregon and southwest Washington with 1,500+ physicians and 300+ administrative professionals caring for 615,000+ Kaiser Permanente members. We invite applications for a Board-Certified Sports Medicine Physician to join our Sunnybrook Medical Office in Portland, Oregon. Our new physician will work alongside four fellowship trained sports medicine physicians and a team of over 35 Orthopaedists to care for Kaiser Permanente members. They will have the ability to provide high-quality, comprehensive sports medicine care across all ages; including women's professional team coverage. Applicants should have experience with reading X-rays, CT scans, and MRIs. Additionally, diagnostic musculoskeletal ultrasound and guided injections are expected.

Minimum Requirements:
  • American board certified in primary specialty
  • Completion of an accredited sports medicine fellowship
  • Certificate of added qualifications in sports medicine
  • 5 years post fellowship experience is preferred, 3 years is required
  • 5 years elite sports team coverage post fellowship is preferred, 3 years is required

The annual salary for this position is $263,600 - $299,500 which considers an applicant's skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, training, market data, and other relevant factors.
