You will partner cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, HR, and Payroll to maintain data integrity, support compliance, and provide excellent service to our employees and stakeholders. You will also help enhance the employee equity experience and support strategic initiatives in compensation and total rewards./ppstrongResponsibilities:/strong/pulliAdminister all aspects of the companys equity incentive plans, including stock options, restricted stock units (RSUs), and employee stock purchase plans (ESPP), ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations/liliServe as a primary point of contact for employees and internal stakeholders on equity-related inquiries, providing clear guidance on vesting schedules, tax implications, and exercise processes/liliCollaborate with finance, legal, payroll, and human resource teams to process equity grants, terminations, and transfers, while maintaining accurate records in equity management systems/liliPrepare and distribute equity-related reports and communications/liliEnsure compliance with SEC regulations, IRS guidelines, and international tax requirements for global employees, while staying abreast of evolving stock plan legislation/li/ulpstrongBasic Qualifications:/strong/pulliBachelors degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, mathematics, or other business field/lili2+ years of stock administration or equity compensation experience/li/ulpstrongPreferred Skills and Experience:/strong/pulliCertified Equity Professional credential (CEP) or ability to achieve designation within two years after hire/liliBroad experience with a range of equity compensation instruments and plans, including stock options, RSUs, ESPP, tender offers etc./liliStrong understanding of FAS 123(R) (ASC 718) and tax implications of equity compensation/liliHighly proficient with Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel and PowerPoint)/liliExcellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex equity concepts to non-finance audiences/liliDetail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving in a dynamic, mission-driven setting/liliAbility to handle confidential information with the highest level of integrity/liliKnowledge of international equity plans and cross-border tax compliance/liliAbility to work independently and deliver on tight schedules/liliKnowledge and experience with international (non-USA) equity programs/liliPassion for space exploration and alignment with SpaceXs bold vision for multi-planetary life/li/ulpstrongAdditional Requirements:/strong/pulliWilling to work extended hours and weekends as needed/liliTravel to other SpaceX locations a few times each year/liliThis position is based in Hawthorne, CA (Los Angeles area), and requires being onsite full-time hybrid and remote work will not be considered/li/ulpstrongCompensation and Benefits:/strong/ppPay range:/ppStock Plan Administrator: $80,000.00 - $115,000.00/per year/ppYour actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience./ppBase salary is just one part of your total rewards package at SpaceX.
