Some Duties your are responsible for:
• Provides excellent service to all clients and always maintain the confidentiality of all client information.
• Conducts a thorough client interview and fully explain all services provided so the client may make an informed decision about the service that best suits his/her needs.
• Uses the product information sheet(s) found in the client packet to help explain the timing and costs associated with each refund option.
• Determine the taxpayer(s) correct filing status on the filing status flow chart and have the client(s) sign the form. Answers and researches all tax questions for clients.
• Input all client information into the tax prep computer.
• The written guarantee is part of the client packet. Reviews the written guarantee with each client. This will explain the valuable services they are receiving, in addition to filing their return with Liberty Tax Service at no additional charge.
• Accuracy is essential. Ensure that all paperwork and computer entry is complete and understandable.
• Will be required to answer tax related questions in person and on the phone.
