Physical Therapist Role $2,200 per week
About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our therapy team in a vibrant continuing care retirement community (CCRC). Our therapy department plays an essential role in supporting the health, independence, and quality of life for residents across all levels of care.
As a Physical Therapist, you will have the opportunity to practice in a variety of settings, including:

• Outpatient Therapy: Helping active residents maintain and restore mobility, strength, and overall wellness through individualized treatment plans.
• Memory Care: Providing evidence-based therapy interventions focused on functional ability, safety, and quality of life for those with memory care needs.
• Assisted Living: Supporting residents in maintaining independence with therapies that enhance mobility, balance, and daily living activities.
• Skilled Nursing & Long-Term Care: Delivering intensive rehabilitation following illness, surgery, or injury, along with ongoing therapy to prevent decline and promote dignity.

Community Snapshot

• Skilled Nursing Facility: 84 beds
• Assisted Living: 96 apartments
• Independent Living: 190 residences
• Average Skilled Census: 15–20 residents
