What Products do we provide? Our products range from Food Service, Furniture – School and Workplace, Industrial Packaging, Janitorial Facility, Office Supplies, School Supplies, to Technology. Brame partners with many globally recognized vendors and sells a wide variety of products. The Warehouse Manager will manage the receiving, handling, storing, picking, packing, and delivering items from the warehouse.
Warehouse Manager – Compensation: $55,000 - $60,000 / Annually MedicalDental Vision Long-term disability Short-term disability Life insurance Voluntary life insurance Voluntary Accident Insurance Voluntary Critical Insurance 401(k) + Employer match PTO/Vacation days Holiday Pay Employee discounts Warehouse Manager - Duties/Responsibilities: Ensure that the warehouse operates at peak efficiency — with customer satisfaction the primary goal — by supervising, organizing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and following department standard operating procedures.
Requires a High School diploma or general education development (GED) diploma. At least four (4) years’ experience or equivalent with a minimum of two (2) years in a supervisory capacity. Knowledge of supply chain management, logistics, distribution, and/or warehouse management best practices. Proven team building skills, both internal and external, with the ability to motivate and direct the work of others. A good candidate must provide a good work history that demonstrates: dependability, integrity, attention to detail, self-motivated, excellent customer service and take initiative.Ability to pass the company background and Motor Vehicle Report and the company drug testing requirements. Working Environment: Ability to be exposed to weather – hot, cold, wet, humid, or windy conditions caused by the weather. Ability to walk/stand/sit for at least 6 -8 hours/daily. Physical Demands: Ability to occasionally lift 40 pounds daily. Ability to climb stairs, kneel, and bend as needed.
